Cancellation Fee

Full fees are due for visits cancelled within 24 hours of schedule start time, payable by party responsible for cancellation or as otherwise agreed upon or ordered by the court.

Additional time Fee

$10 per 5-minute period

If the receiving parent is late for child exchange, requiring supervisor to remain with child more then 5 minutes, fees will accrue at $10.00 per five-minute period, payable by receiving parent.

Court Appearance Fee

$120/hour

Up to $480 for a full day, including stand-by; $360 retainer required prior to date of appearance.

Administration Fees

- Preparation of copies/file - $70/hour + $.25/page

- Collateral contact (treatment provides, etc.) - $70/hour

- Preparation of declarations - $100/hour

- Party/attorney correspondence outside of visitation schedule and in excess of 30 minutes/week - $120/hour
